Jewish Groups Protest Violence in Gaza & Israel

The protest was organized by the Chicago chapters of The Jewish Voice For Peace and IfNotNow. Both groups oppose the Israeli government’s policy of expansions, settlements and treatment of the Palestinians.
The protestors demanded an immediate cease fire of all hostilities and an immediate end to all violence in Gaza and Israel. The protests was to “disrupt business as usual by blocking rush hour traffic” in downtown Chicago. (Nima Taradji/Polaris)
